About these website terms
This website provides general information about LZR ID’s industrial identification, electrical and switchboard labels, equipment plates, stickers and signage. Availability, specifications, pricing and lead times are confirmed through a written quote.
Quotes, orders and payment
Submitting a form does not place an order. An order is confirmed only when LZR ID accepts it in writing. The accepted quote sets out the scope, quantities, pricing, GST treatment, freight charges, payment arrangements and estimated timing. Production is subject to any agreed payment and artwork approvals.
Customer artwork and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your supplied artwork and materials and confirm you have permission to supply and authorise their use. You permit LZR ID and necessary service providers to reproduce them for quoting, proofing, manufacture and delivery. Content and design elements created by LZR ID remain subject to the intellectual-property arrangements stated in an accepted quote.
Production approvals and changes
Check the final proof for text, numbers, QR codes, dimensions, layout, materials and colours. We require written approval and any agreed payment before production. Changes after approval may require a revised quote and timing; additional charges need agreement. Approval does not remove remedies for our errors, defects or failure to meet the agreed specification.
Australian Consumer Law and enquiries
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Custom-made goods are not generally eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns, but valid remedies remain available for defective or non-conforming goods and services. Freight and delivery
Any delivery date is an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise. Packaging, shipping and related fees are set out in the accepted quote. Please contact us promptly about apparent transit damage or an incorrect delivery so we can assess available remedies.
Order cancellations, returns and disputes
Changes or cancellation after acceptance may involve costs already reasonably committed, subject to law; any refund must account for work not supplied and rights that cannot be excluded. Contact us with your job reference so we can investigate. Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an accepted order without agreement.

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with security or submit malicious files. External sites have their own terms. Tell us about intended use, installation conditions and required standards before ordering so suitability can be agreed. A label or sign alone does not certify an entire installation. This does not reduce our duty to supply agreed specifications or any applicable consumer guarantees. Australian law applies; no term excludes liability unlawfully.
