Business details pending
LZR Glassware and LZR ID are trading names of the same Australian company. Registered legal entity: [COMPANY NAME TO BE ADDED]. ABN: [ABN TO BE ADDED]. Business/postal address: [ADDRESS TO BE ADDED]. Business phone: [PHONE TO BE ADDED]. These operator details are incomplete.
Production and dispatch times
Lead times start from the agreed order milestone, including the receipt of usable files, final approvals and any agreed payment. Unless a firm date is expressly agreed in writing, quoted production and delivery dates are estimates.
Freight arrangements
Packaging, destination, shipping charges, delivery method and special handling are set out in the accepted quote. Tracking is supplied when available from the carrier.
Checking deliveries
Please inspect delivered items when reasonably practical. If something arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with a description, job reference and photographs if available. Retain affected packaging while the matter is investigated.
Custom goods and change of mind
Because labels, plates, signs and identifiers are usually made to agreed specifications, we do not ordinarily offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. Cancellation or amendments after approval may involve reasonable costs incurred, subject to the law.
Defects and Australian Consumer Law
Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, a major failure with goods lets you choose a refund or replacement, and compensation may also be available. For a minor failure, we can generally provide a suitable repair first; further rights apply if it is not fixed within a reasonable time. Services have corresponding statutory remedies. Customisation and business use do not automatically remove these protections.
Returns process
Contact LZR ID before returning goods so we can advise on safe handling. Proof of purchase may be requested; original packaging is not essential. Where a fault is confirmed, we reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law and arrange collection where legally required. Prompt reporting and photographs help us investigate but do not impose a cut-off on statutory rights.
Questions and disputes
If you are unhappy with the resolution, contact us again with relevant information so we can review it. Last reviewed: 24 October 2026.
