What we collect
The forms ask for the details you enter, including contact information, request details and any drawing or file links you provide. LZR ID uses this information to receive and respond to enquiries.
How we use it
LZR ID receives website enquiries through Framer and Zapier. Zapier matches or creates the customer and enquiry in Zoho Bigin, saves the enquiry record and job folders in Dropbox, and sends an internal notification through Microsoft 365 to enquiries@lzrid.au. It also checks the LZR ID QuickBooks account for an existing customer by email. This lookup does not create an estimate, invoice or payment.
Drawings and files
You may attach artwork, drawings or photos to your quote request, or provide a share link. Attached files are sent through Framer and Zapier, saved in the LZR ID Dropbox job folder and referenced on the corresponding Bigin enquiry. We use these files to assess your request and prepare your job. File types and size limits are shown on the form.
Overseas storage and access
Cloud providers may store or access information outside Australia. Framer, Zapier and Dropbox use United States infrastructure. Zoho storage depends on the account region; overseas support can involve India. Dropbox also offers regional storage for eligible accounts. Our exact account storage regions and downstream automation routes are still being verified; we do not represent that information stays only in Australia.

Your choices and marketing
You can browse without sending an enquiry. Without the details needed to quote or fulfil a job, we may be unable to provide the service. We may receive job information from your authorised representative or providers. Promotional messages need a lawful basis and include an opt-out; order updates are separate from marketing. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss and unauthorised access. Information is retained for the time reasonably required to handle enquiries, complete work, comply with applicable record-keeping laws and resolve disputes; when no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified where practicable.
